Gemella currently ships to France, Europe and Worldwide (Excluding Yemen, Syria, Iran and North Korea)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is €2 EUR in relay points and for all orders of €50 EUR or over, are free.
Orders below €50 EUR are charged a flat home delivery rate of €2 EUR.
Shipping is free for all orders of €50 EUR or over.
Orders below €50 EUR are charged a flat home delivery rate of €2 EUR and a rate of €5 EUR in relay points.
-All other countries
Shipping is free for all orders of €200 EUR or over.
Orders below €200 EUR are charged a flat home delivery rate of €30 EUR.
-Our shipping network use a variety of carriers including:
Colissimo, DPD, Chronopost, Point Relais, Pick Up Point.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. Gemella recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.
-How long does shipping take?
This type of accesoriy typically takes up to 1-2 business days to be ready for shipping, and an additional 3-5 days for shipping within the US and Canada.
And approximately 5-7 days for International shipping.
Please note, these times are estimated delivery times only and both domestic and international orders can be subject to delays ( or faster shipping ) due to weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.
During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline please contact our customer care team.
Our policy lasts 20 days.
If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing or an item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide us a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the issue, and the order number.
